1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jaybet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at jaybet.club. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and features available through the jaybet platform.

By accessing or using any part of the jaybet platform — including browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity — you expressly accept these Terms without reservation. These Terms are effective from the date you first access the jaybet platform and remain in full force for the duration of your membership.

jaybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the jaybet platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jaybet.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jaybet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jaybet operates a strict 18+ only policy. Underage gambling is illegal and actively prohibited on this platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds. Acting as an agent or representative for a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling activities on jaybet or any other gambling platform where such exclusion applies.
• Not a restricted person: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jaybet and its associated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts.

By completing the jaybet registration process and using the jaybet Login to access your account, you explicitly confirm that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Any false declaration of age or eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on jaybet, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

1. One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jaybet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration details is prohibited.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaybet Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jaybet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Notification of changes: You must notify jaybet promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including your phone number, email address, or residential address. Updates can be made via the account settings panel or by contacting our support team.
5. KYC compliance: jaybet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by jaybet's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

jaybet reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jaybet supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for their accessibility and reliability in the Bangladesh market. The following terms apply to all financial transactions processed through the jaybet platform:

Supported payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and USDT TRC-20. Payment method availability may change from time to time; refer to the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Currency: All jaybet player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). USDT TRC-20 deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within one to three minutes of the MFS transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within two to four hours during operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST). USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are typically settled within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. jaybet reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand or for compliance review purposes.
• Own-name transactions only: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jaybet does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will be made only to an account in your own name matching your registered KYC details.
• No fees: jaybet does not charge processing fees on standard MFS deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jaybet accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jaybet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, BPL and T20 season betting boosts, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladeshi occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request referencing bonus funds will be approved.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, player tier requirements, or geographic limitations within Bangladesh.
3. One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus funds remaining unused at expiry will be removed from the account without further notice.
5. Abuse prevention: jaybet reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of automated betting software, collusive play, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity judged by jaybet to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.
6. Modification and withdrawal: jaybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered, except in cases of abuse or breach of these Terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the jaybet platform, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one player account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access games, or interact with the jaybet platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults in the jaybet platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a technical fault must be reported to jaybet support immediately and are not redeemable.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the jaybet platform or any of its supported payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the jaybet platform, its servers, or its underlying code.
• Using the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction from which the player is accessing the service.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jaybet support staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

jaybet employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Violation of any of the above obligations will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may lead to permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Either the player or jaybet may initiate account closure under the circumstances described below.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your jaybet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jaybet will process any pending withdrawals of genuine real-money balances (i.e., funds not subject to incomplete bonus wagering requirements) within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be removed upon closure without compensation.

Responsible Gaming self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the self-exclusion procedures. Self-exclusion closures are treated differently from standard closures and carry additional protections designed to support player welfare.

jaybet-initiated suspension or closure: jaybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Use of the platform by an underage individual.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Direction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where jaybet closes an account due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account (real-money and bonus) may be forfeited in full. jaybet will provide written notice of such action to the player's registered email address where legally required to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

The jaybet platform and all content, games, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaybet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its features.

jaybet shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers such as game studios or payment processors.
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawals due to circumstances outside jaybet's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your jaybet account resulting from your own failure to maintain login credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the use of the jaybet platform. Gambling involves risk and all players participate of their own free will and at their own financial risk.
• Reliance on any information published on the jaybet platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, internet failures, government actions, or any other event beyond jaybet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jaybet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all cases where jaybet's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of jaybet to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which jaybet operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jaybet's standard complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. By using the jaybet platform, you agree to submit to this dispute resolution process.
